[Request] Fixup picture from convention

So my friend and I were at a local con this weekend and met John Wesley Shipp (super nice guy). We took a few pictures, and as we were leaving he asked my friend (the one taking pics) to try a closer shot. Turns out, it was the best one of them all! Sad news: he took it in a hurry and the shot came out a bit sloppy (bright bottom, red eye). Can anyone touch it up? I tried myself but couldn't fix the bottom. Thank you!
